Developer contributions – s106 consultation
The Council, is re-consulting on the Draft Greater Cambridge Planning Obligations Supplementary Planning (SPD) Document.
The SPD provides detailed guidance on how developer contributions, will be used to mitigate the impacts of new developments. This money from developers goes towards new schools and roads, upgrading playgrounds, or providing additional waste collection services.
Public consultation is open until 5pm on Friday 17 October 2025. Everyone is invited to respond.
