EWR land interest questionnaire

EWR land interest questionnaire

EWR are contacting properties along the route. See below their notice to me.

We wanted to make you aware that following our recent consultation, we are updating our record of who owns and occupies land along and adjacent to the route of the proposed new railway to ensure it is as accurate as possible. This process involves undertaking a check of His Majesty’s Land Registry (HMLR) records and writing to landowners using this information to request that they complete a Land Interest Questionnaire (LIQ).

Over the coming weeks we will be sending LIQs to landowners across the route which will include a copy of Frequently Asked Questions. I’ve attached a copy of the FAQs to this email. We have also updated our LIQ webpage which can be found here:  East West Rail | Land Interest Questionnaires (LIQs)

It is important that we hold correct information to ensure that we contact everyone with an interest in land directly impacted by our proposals and that they have an opportunity to have their say on our proposals and participate in the planning process. We are kindly requesting landowners to complete and return the LIQ within 14 days. After this time, we will follow up with anyone who has not contacted us or returned their LIQ and may visit addresses in person if we do not hear from them.
