Business support through the Growth Hub and skills brokerage.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Skills and Employment:\u00a0<\/strong>Programs boosting social mobility, improved FE\/HE access, and \u00a352m for Adult Skills Funding.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Resilient Communities:\u00a0<\/strong>Climate Action Plan funding, \u00a314.4m for low-carbon projects and electrification.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mayoral Precept<\/strong>: Proposed 4.99% rise for 2025\/26, funding 30 new or improved bus services and safeguarding existing routes amid rising costs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The draft budget also aligns with the recently approved&nbsp;<strong>Shared Ambition<\/strong>, working with partners across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough for an equitable, pioneering, connected, and resilient region.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Another budget consultation, this one for the Combined Authority.
