Addenbrookes Roundabout Update 19
This is the latest update to the roadworks at Addenbrookes roundabout.
Fence barriers have been installed, and all white lining and asphalting works are completed. Snagging corrections are being addressed as part of the final quality checks.
Traffic signal installation continues to advance. We are scheduled to connect the permanent signals and remove the temporary system next week, with the new signals expected to go live during this week (w/c 17 November). Over the coming days, we will also be installing the streetlighting columns, and permanent traffic signals which are expected to go live on Tuesday 18 November. The temporary signals will then be decommissioned on 20 and 21 November.
We also have a small section of additional resurfacing planned this week and the installation of the memorial bike Sheffield stand.
We continue to work hard to minimise disruption while progressing the project safely.
